Banff Airporter
The Banff Airporter is the cheapest and easiest way to travel between Calgary airport and the Banff Centre. This coach operator is the official airport shuttle provider of the Banff Centre; it drives you door-to-door, negating the need for a taxi.
The journey lasts 2 hours, and departures leave Calgary every hour or two from 09:00 to 22:30. An up-to-date schedule is available here. Return trips to the airport operate at a similar frequency, departing from the Banff Centre between 05:00 and 19:30. Fares at the time of writing, including 5% GST, are $55.65 (CAD) one-way / $111.13 (CAD) return. A 10% discount is available for conference delegates; this must be claimed when tickets are booked. Brewster coaches
Delegates requiring transport to hotels in Banff may find Brewster coaches to be more convenient. Departures leave daily from Calgary International Airport to Banff hotels, and return daily from Banff to the airport.
